1. Insufficient balance in account
- You can lower down the withdrawal amount and submit the request again
2. The source of withdrawal is not the same with the source of deposit
- The source of withdrawal must be the same with the source of deposit, i.e. If you deposit using USDT, you must withdraw using USDT too
3. There is ongoing open order and the margin after withdrawal is less than 150%
- To avoid margin call, you can lower down the withdrawal amount and submit the request again
*You may check the withdrawable amount under transfer request
4. The withdrawal amount is lesser than the minimum withdrawal amount
- You can increase the withdrawal amount and submit the request again
*Minimum deposit amount will be displayed at the deposit page
5. Third party withdrawal (The withdrawal recipient is not the account owner)
- The withdrawal recipient must be the same as the account owner
6. Didn't meet the withdrawal requirement for promotion/bonus (Didn't meet the minimum trading lots/profit required)
- You need to meet the trading lots/profit requirement and submit the request again
7. Withdrawal and deposit ratio are not the same
- If you deposited using both RMB Local Transfer and USDT, you need to follow the deposit ratio and withdraw in the same ratio. For more information, please refer here
If the withdrawal amount has been deducted in MT4 account, but failed to send to the withdrawal destination. In this case the amount will be returned to your MT4 account within 1 working day.
The reasons could be:
a. The withdrawal information is incorrect
- You can correct the withdrawal information and submit the request again
b. A Class II card was used to receive the withdrawal, however it failed due to transfer limit.
- You can change to another bank account to receive the withdrawal
